Such help might be needed for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Basic Computer Skills:<\/strong> Introduction to fundamental computer operations, navigating the internet,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social Media help:<\/strong> understanding and sharing information,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Troubleshooting:<\/strong> common problems and software issues,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Smartphone Usage:<\/strong> settings, photography, texting, face to face meetings and apps,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accessing the NHS and GP systems:<\/strong> making appointments and accessing health records,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accessing library and Council Services:<\/strong> Car parking, renewing books, making payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For unemployed individuals, help required might be:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coping with the demands of the Universal Credit requirements<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CV Workshops: <\/strong>Hands-on support for creating or updating CV&#8217;s, tailored to individual career goals,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interview Preparation Workshop:<\/strong> Preparing for job interviews with tips on answering common questions, presentation, and follow-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you join our band of volunteers, you will receive support training so that you can become a digital champion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested?
